Building Envelope Restoration
The Flames Community Arenas is housed in a building that is more than 40 years old. It faced two major problems. The metal roofing was failing and the stucco exterior was compromised and deteriorating.
Faced with a costly building envelope replacement, the Flames Community Arenas turned to Sherger Construction to devise a cost-effective solution.
Polymer Science Corporation (PSC) – SmartRoof System
Sherger Construction recommended and applied a seamless acrylic elastomeric roofing system to permanently seal and waterproof the metal roof. This completely resolved the issues caused by the existing system failures.
PSC – Better Than Paint
PSC Better Than Paint was applied to the stucco surfaces permanently sealing and waterproofing the envelope. This approach also gave the building a brand new look.
