Martello Properties was facing a huge dilemma. They have a 140,000 sq ft metal roof that was leaking. The only option they could identify was an expensive roof replacement.
Then they discovered PSC and the SmartRoof System. They chose this option to seal and waterproof their 35 year old roof.
As a distributor for Western Canada, Sherger Construction oversaw the application of the SmartRoof System, a fiber reinforced, seamless acrylic elastomeric roofing system.
Once the application was complete, the roof stopped leaking at a fraction of the cost of a new roof and without disruption to building operations.
